ONLINE BOOKINGS

… online bookings are place holders only - the appointment will need to be confirmed through the business and therefore is subject to cancellation or change. If there is an appointment you were hoping for and it is unavailable, please contact on 0401941237 as we are happy to work beyond our online scheduled hours + will try our best to accommodate your requests. Online bookings will require a deposit + this will of course be taken off your final bill.

CANCELLATION

… while there is an understanding of life’s hiccups, when needing to cancel please contact within a 24hr period so that the opportunity to fill the spot can be taken. Late cancellations significantly effect small businesses, getting in contact will always be met with ease of communication + adaptability.
In the event of consistent “no shows” a cancellation fee or upfront payment agreement will need to be implemented.

CALL NOW

RUNNING LATE

… this is usually no problem with a text or a phone call. If you are significantly late this can impact clients before or after you, so please understand if alternative arrangements need to be made to accommodate.

PARKING

… there is allocated parking on the premises marked “RESERVED UNIT 6” if there is a car in the spot, this will likely be the client before you who is about to leave. If you hang tight you will be able to use the spot once vacant. In the event that there will be two of you in salon at once, you will be contacted via phone + directed to another parking spot on premises. Alternatively there is hourly street parking available.

TRAVEL FEE

… when travelling to an appointment on location, a standard fee of $50 is added to your quote and for every hour extra travel time an additional $50 added.
